Behind-the-Scenes: Field Trip to Dine Boston
Over 10 weeks of classes, our 11- to 13-year-old campers at the East Boston YMCA traveled the world! From Native American to Chinese to Southern cuisine, students learned the basics of culinary preparation, nutrition, and presentation.
As a culminating experience, these students were generously invited by Dine Boston - located at Logan Airport - for a behind-the-scenes look at a real restaurant. Watch the video to see their tour!
